A web-based tool that allows users to control procedures, manage operational risk and support compliance regulations.

i5 Codex offers the following features:

  • It allows users to create, edit and store documented procedures in a centralized location
  • Documented procedures can be linked to regulatory body regulations.
  • When regulations change, users are notified that procedures may need to be updated.
  • A real-time task management tool, which can control any individual task.
  • A real-time operational risk management tool, which allows users to monitor critical activity via dashboards.

2. Service Assistant (MOSS Version)


The Service Assistant manages requests from prospects to the respective company. Prospect sends their request to find out whether company can produce product which he needs. Service Assistant helps in tracking all such requests and facilitate request to reach to concerned person in the company who responds to the request made. Audit trail is maintained for historical record. This reduce the lead time in initial responses to request by use of tracking documents and collaboration of workflow.
